How to use:

• Mix base and reactor thoroughly with mechanical stirrer at n RPM of 300 to 350, after that it can be applied by standard paint brush or roller.

Specially designed to provide stronger, much more durable bonding between the blocks with superior adhesive strength. It replaces conventional cement and sand mix mortar. It is self curing and no additional water curing is required.

Consumption / Coverage:

Under normal conditions of coverage approx. 12 sq.mt with an average thickness of 3mm per bag of 40 Kgs. (Block size 600x200x150mm)

How to use:

The surface of masonry units should be slightly wet prior to application of block bond.

Apply a thin uniform layer of Bondit block bond, 3- 4mm thick,on the clean & leveled surface of masonry units using proper trowel. After placing the first units apply bondit block bond of same thickness on both sides of the unit, keeping continuous checks for the line and level

Application:

• Inner/outer brick works, block & stone walls, plastering of sealing/roof, column beams and all concrete surfaces.

How to use:

• The surface should be free from dust, grease ,oil etc, if the surface is dry, it should be wetted with clean water.
• Prepare plaster by mixing water per every 40Kg bag. Use of mechanical mixer-electrical agitator is recommended for better results. Mixing should be done for 5-10 minutes depending upon the speed of the mixing equipment. After mixing the plaster, leave it for 5 minutes and mix it once again just before use. The correct ration of water and ready mix plaster is essential for good results. It should be applied after one hour of preparation. Surface should be rough and if it is smooth made rough with comb. For better stocking. Should be applied with hand trowel and shouldn't have direct exposure to wind and rain during its application
