Application:

• used for bonding old concrete to new concrete.

How to use:

• Area should be free from dust, oil. Do not apply in wet condition. Mix base & hardener thoroughly until a uniform colour is obtained. Apply with brush to the prepared surface. New concrete should be placed within 3hours after applying Bondit Epoxy Bond when itis a still sticky.

• Mix 3 parts of Bondit plug 10s with 1part of clean water make dough and press with hand for 2 minutes in the place.

It is suitable for application in the range of feather edge to 3mm and It is cost effective, time saving and high performance. Bondit repair mortar is designed for the repair and refurbishment of damaged concrete.

Application:

• Can be used for filling pinholes prior to over coating, general reprofilling over large areas, up to 3mm depth & fairing coat, in association with other mortars.

How to use:

• Clean the surface and remove any dust, plaster, oil, paint, grease, corrosion deposits. Roughen the surface to remove any laitance and expose the fine aggregate by light scrabbling. All the areas where Bondit repair mortar to be applied should be thoroughly soaked with clean water prior to the application of Bondit repair mortar
• Apply the mixed Bondit repair mortar to the prepared substrate, up to 3 mm thickness, by trowel. Apply with minimum working and let the mortar settle before final trowelling for smoothness. Do not execute when rainfall is expected unless the surface is protected.

An acrylic modified single component flexible coating in thixotropic consistency

Application:
Clean the joints, cracks, gaps from dust, oil, grease and loose particle, pre wet the crack with water for porous surfaces. Fill the joints, cracks, gaps by putty knife or spatula. Avoid formulation of bubbles or cavities while applying. After application leave the surface for at least one day. Apply second coal of BONDIT CRACK-SEAL if shrinkage is noticed. Allow it to dry for 1 to 3 hrs before painting work is taken up.

How to use:

• Mix thoroughly and apply by spatula putty (or) knife.
